Kickshaw Cookery speaks at New York Women’s Culinary Alliance event

Binh and Pilar spoke with members of the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance as part of the Behind the Scenes Tour of Hot Bread Kitchenevent. As one of HBK’s Incubator members, we were honored to have the opportunity to share our history, our experience with the incubator program, and our company’s goals and values with such an amazing group!

Behind-the-Scenes Tour Of Hot Bread Kitchen 
Enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of award-winning bakery, Hot Bread Kitchen. Located inside East Harlem’s historic La Marqueta marketplace, Hot Bread Kitchen operates an innovative bakery training and culinary business incubator. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility, meet bakers, see incubator businesses, and, of course, taste items from Hot Bread Kitchen’s multi-ethnic bread line such as their irresistible Moroccan M’smen.

A Charitable Contribution partner of the NYWCA Hot Bread Kitchen was founded in 2007 with the mission of creating professional and leadership opportunities in the culinary field to build lasting economic security for low-income, foreign-born, and minority women.
