Binh and Pilar met in New York City in the summer of 2006 and immediately bonded over the love of food and relationships built over shared meals. With a deep respect for meals made with care, a penchant for gatherings built around food, and inspired by the New York City culinary scene, they formed Kickshaw Cookery in the summer of 2010.
Kickshaw Cookery places a premium on carefully sourced ingredients, with all dishes made from scratch. As a proud member of Hot Bread Kitchen Incubates! Program, Kickshaw Cookery continues to bring thoughtful, exciting and seasonal tidbits to New York City.
