    We were honored to be invited to cater the Fundraising Cocktail Reception for MAD, alongside Hot Bread Kitchen and our fellow HBK incubatees. MAD is a non-profit education organization, started by world-renown chef Rene Redzepi, which "aims to build a community of cooks, purveyors, and thinkers, with an appetite for knowledge and desire to improve the restaurant trade."
    It was a phenomenal evening with music by Cibo Matto and James Murphy, specialty cocktails by Jim Meehan (PDT), and passed hors d'oeuvres by Kickshaw Cookery. Towards the end of the evening, we got a visit by a special guest. We were honored to be part of the event.

    Things have been buzzing here at Kickshaw Cookery these past few months, including a successful run of our summer Got Lunch? session, catering a wedding for 120 in Massachusetts, receiving our first yelp review, getting an "A" from the New York City Health Department (yay!) - and amidst all this, Kickshaw Cookery turned 1!!

    Mark your calendars, our next Dinner Party is slated for Saturday, October 22.
